TikTok and Madonna’s House of Confessions

Two cities. Thousands of fans. One sell-out celebration that turned Madonna's return to the dancefloor into a global cultural moment.

On 3 and 4 July 2026, Done+Dusted partnered with TikTok and Warner Music to celebrate the launch of Madonna's new album, Confessions on a Dance Floor 2, with twin fan activations at London's Vinyl Factory, Soho and New York City's 188 Lafayette Street. Timed to coincide with the album release and London's Pride celebrations, the brief was to create a global cultural moment that would ignite fan excitement on both sides of the Atlantic while generating a steady stream of social-first content. The result was a sell-out, fully integrated 360 campaign spanning live experiences, digital storytelling, ticketing management and creator-ready content, transforming two intimate pop-ups into a highly shareable celebration of Madonna.

‘Stepping into House of Confessions felt like walking straight into Madonna history. Every room, every detail, every beat…this era is officially back.’ - TikTok Fan

Done+Dusted designed and produced the end-to-end experience, developing the physical environments alongside digital content that placed fans at the heart of the campaign. Leaning into the club aesthetic of Madonna's latest visuals, guests were stamped on entry before stepping into a neon-pink paradise. Multiple branded moments offered the first user-generated content opportunity before guests followed a trail of pulsing pink strobe lighting through the space. Soundtracked by the new album, the lighting moved in sync with the music to recreate the energy of a late-night club and set the tone for the experience ahead.

Two hero content moments sat at the heart of the activation. The first was the Confession Booth, an interactive installation inviting fans to leave a positive confession for Madonna via touchscreen before capturing a series of stylised portraits inspired by the album artwork. The experience automatically generated a personalised, social-ready video combining each guest's confession with their imagery, giving every visitor a bespoke piece of content designed for immediate sharing on TikTok.

‘The most iconic photobooth for a pop-up store’ - TikTok User

The second invited fans to dance alongside Madonna in a music video, soundtracked by the new track, Danceteria. Fans stepped onto a dancefloor inspired by the album's vinyl artwork, where a dedicated videographer directed them as part of a bespoke music video edit. The final film blended footage of the fans with Madonna's video, branded graphics and motion design, extending the campaign well beyond the walls of the activation.

The final chapter of the journey led guests through a curated retail space, allowing fans to take a piece of the experience home. The environment showcased the newly launched Confessions on a Dance Floor 2 collection, including exclusive T-shirts, tote bags, art prints, vinyl records, CDs and cassette tapes, transforming the album release into a fully immersive brand experience from arrival to purchase.

The campaign delivered exactly what TikTok set out to achieve: a launch that felt simultaneously local and global, turning fans into creators and amplifying Madonna's return through authentic community participation. Across London and New York, the activation celebrated music, fandom and self-expression while demonstrating Done+Dusted's ability to create culturally relevant experiences that seamlessly connect live events with social audiences at scale.
