Google Engage 2026
After a seven-year hiatus, Google Engage returned as a global experience spanning Dublin, Las Vegas, and Macau, not as three separate events, but as one unified production. Google came to Done+Dusted with a presentation concept and a need to scale it seamlessly across continents. The challenge was not just execution, but consistency: creating a repeatable model that could deliver the same high-impact experience, regardless of location, partner, or audience.
Done+Dusted built a traveling production backbone— a core team of 23 spanning Executive Production, Showrunning, IMAG Direction, Assistant Directors, and Stage Management — that embedded within local partners in each market (Set Creative in Dublin, GPJ in Las Vegas, and Jack Morton in Macau). Together, they developed a unified system of workflows, technical infrastructure, and show operations that ensured every moment translated across all three arenas. In Las Vegas, D+D’s role expanded further, leading full staging and keynote execution and setting the production benchmark for the tour.
Over four weeks, the team moved city to city, delivering back-to-back arena-scale events at Dublin’s 3Arena, Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, and the Venetian Arena in Macau. Despite the scale, the system held allowing the show to run with precision and consistency. Each market operated with the same cadence, the same production language, and the same standard of execution.
The result was a truly global production operating as one: over 23,000 attendees across three continents and a 90%+ attendee satisfaction rate. More than just a successful return, Google Engage became a new benchmark for how to deliver consistency at scale: one show, executed flawlessly, everywhere.
