Roblox The Hunt: Mega Final

On April 4th, 2025, Roblox partnered with Done+Dusted to make history with The Hunt: Mega Final—the platform’s first-ever live esports-style competition—and award the best Roblox player an unprecedented $1 MILLION dollar grand prize. 

Over the course of 11 days, 140 million Roblox’ers played for the opportunity to be one of the top 10 competitors flown to Roblox HQ in San Mateo, California to compete LIVE on the global stage. 

Done+Dusted oversaw end-to-end production and broadcast of The Hunt: Mega Final, delivering a dynamic four-hour livestream that aired across Twitch, YouTube, and in vertical 9:16 format on TikTok. 

Hosted by Roblox’s JParty, esports broadcaster Mimi “aEvilCat” Wermcrantz, and influencer MeEnyu, with green room segments led by creators Da Geechee Gamer and Sabrina Brite, the livestream captured high-stakes competition across Roblox’s diverse gaming genres—from Super League Soccer to first-person shooters to a Dress to Impress showdown.

With millions of viewers tuning in, The Hunt: Mega Final not only marked Roblox’s biggest livestreamed event ever, but also signaled the platform’s entrance into the world of high-stakes esports.

One platform. One winner. One million dollars. 

This was a moment that redefined what’s possible on Roblox—and the team at Done+Dusted was proud to bring it to life.
